Senior Learning and Development Manager
PROPERTY NAME: Regional Office – Atlanta, GA
Responsible for leadership of the learning & development (L&D) platform and delivery of L&D products and services for the Asset Services (AS) CRE and MF business line. Includes training platform design, implementation, administration, and maintenance. Collaborates with leaders, project teams, subject matter experts, and training team to develop and deliver training content.
Job Requirements
Manage training platform development, delivery and maintenance using internal and external resources, including: needs analyses, gap analyses, skill/knowledge checks and professional development for both project and BAU efforts
Collaborate with leaders, project teams, subject matter experts, and training team to develop and deliver training content.
Assess training delivery methods and their effectiveness, modifying approach as necessary based on the training topic
Remain knowledgeable on and research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and training to improve the efficiency of training services
Performs other related duties as required or requested.
