Regional Property Manager – Georgia Based – Tax Credit

Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a team in a period of strategic growth as a Tax Credit Regional Property Manager? KCG is looking for a self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial leadership mindset, aspirations for personal growth, and future advancement to perform the following:

  • Manages regional business processes including tax credit properties, compliance, re-certifications, resident relations, marketing, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment, and team development.
  • Ensures the appearance and physical aspects of the properties meet the Company and owners established standards through routine site and safety inspections and communicates concerns and requests for capital as needed to provide for the physical upkeep of each property.
  • Hires, evaluates, trains, and terminates employees according to the company policies and applicable laws, with assistance from management and/or the Human Resource department.
  • Directly supervises Property Managers within assigned region.
  • Ensures that the portfolio meets financial performance goals

Knowledge and qualifications required to perform the essential responsibilities of the position:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certificates, licenses, and registrations required: Valid Driver’s License and preferred certifications HCCP, COS, C3P, CAM, CAPS
  • Computer skills required: (Microsoft Office Suite; Payroll Systems; Property Management Software)
  • 5-7 years’ experience in multi-site management of LIHTC/Affordable Housing with demonstrated ability to deliver financial results
  • Must have demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to deal with people in various situations and in effectively presenting information

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

  • Must have 5-7 years of LIHTC/Affordable housing experience
  • Property Mgmt Software: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
  • LIHTC: 5 years (Required)

 

Work Location: Remote

* Must live in the state of Georgia
