Director, Performance Analytics

Leads the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of information systems applications, projects and programs for Active Adult. Ensures that software operations meet established operating, financial, and systems criteria and drive the reporting of metrics that measure the overall performance of Active Adult.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Oversees the execution of the performance reporting function and develops standard performance reporting capabilities to ensure accurate and timely profitability reporting to internal and external partners.

2. Participates in the annual business planning process by developing templates, facilitating reviews, developing summary level analysis and identifying potential areas of opportunity and/or focus.

3. Establishes key metrics and benchmarks to measure corporate and operational performance and creates new tools for understanding, analyzing, and presenting corporate performance data and information.

4. Participates in the development of Requests for Proposals for new business development and acquisition opportunities.

5. Works with internal and external constituents to identify and define metrics and reporting needs in order to monitor and evaluate property or portfolio performance.

6. Reviews reports and data available to identify and surface emerging trends, understand interrelationships, and provide meaningful interpretations that help leaders understand and use data to positively impact property performance.

7. Leads or participates in process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing business performance, and leading specific project teams in developing and implementing new programs, policies, procedures and practices.

8. Leads a team by supporting the delivery of corporate and performance reporting and oversees their performance in accordance with Company policies, values, and business practices.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
