- 1. Log into your employer account on the site.
- 2. Click the “Search Resumes” tab at the top.
- 3. Check the “Only show NAA Education Institute – Military Career Fair jobs.” checkbox, enter any other search criteria, and click the “Search” button to view matches.
- 4. From the search results, click on the line on the list of any resume you’d like to view.
- 5. If interested, click the “Schedule An Interview” button at the top of the resume.
- 6. On the next page, select a time for the interview and provide a message (optional). This is what will be sent to the candidate. Then, click the “Schedule Interview” button at the bottom.
- 7. This schedules the interview with the candidate and adds it to your event schedule.
